Aaaaannd I'm Back.

This month is gonna be rough.

Great way to start of the first blog post after a long absence, right?

Okay, back to the serious.

I decided just a couple days ago to jump into NanNoWriMo. But I am a College student taking 14 credits, run a blog, have other commitments, and ya know. Fun life stuff. So while I will be trying to update ya'll on my progress as much as I remember to (And would love to connect with you if your doing NaNoWriMo!), I have a busy life. The story I'm doing for NaNoWriMo is one I have had planned for a long time, but it's actually a fair amount darker than my usual stories, and since I know I have some younger followers here, I'm going to save the description (And I also suck at explaining stories so It gives me a nice excuse to, ya know, avoid having to struggle and fail).

So lets just into my eclectic post.

I've been thinking about The Sordian Chronicles a fair amount, and I just wanted to share a bit with you guys. To give you a better understanding of the story, my writing, and why I love it.

Vira and my friend, who's volunteered to be our editor, has created a list of exact powers for the classes, which I dislike. I'm my mind, the classes give the basic foundation for their powers. Say a nature, their powers will always be plant/nature-y based. Lunars deal with the stars and the moon, the night sky. But beyond that, it's up to their individual creativity. Nature is not just one force, it's a million of individual forces that together create something bigger and more powerful. But nature works in mysterious ways. It overcomes great opposition. Magic isn't supposed to work my laws of science. It's magic for goodness sake! It's supposed to be fun and exciting and an adventure! It's all us to how great your imagination is, think outside ether box, take chances. It's not a set of rules. IT should be magic. The definition of magic is "the power of apparently influencing the course of events by using mysterious or supernatural forces."

I'm really excited about November guys. There's a lot going on and I think it's going to be good. I'll be back very soon with a longer post, but for now, adios!

Oh. And also, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Much love,

Thane

P.S. Fiona Firestorm has a new manager for her site now. It's going to be super awesome, so go check it out.
